Immanuel's Running/Walking Interest Group

We get together once or twice a month to participate in 5k or 10k events in Northern Colorado. We also enjoy "fun-runs" together and occasional social events. If you want to be part of this group - it is so simple. All we need is your email address and we will send you information and updates.

We are not a competitive bunch but rather an encouraging group of folks getting to know one another better. There is nothing formal and no one is ever excluded - young and old, family, friends, neighbors - even visiting relatives. ;-) Notification of the 5k and 10k events will most often be in the church bulletin, however the fun-runs and social events may or not be in the bullletin depending upon how late in the week they are planned.
